The zoo is wheelchair accessible but it should be acknowledged that this a rural zoo in savannah type grassland country. Paths are fine gravel and can be challenging for a wheelchair, or a pram with small wheels, particularly following rain events.

New, modern toilets [including disabled toilets and a baby change room] have been added in 2021.
Zoo Shop
Our zoo shop sells pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, some vegetarian and gluten free options, crisps, ice creams, cold drinks and REAL COFFEE.
EFTPOS Facilities available
We have EFTPOS machines available in the shop for your convenience.
Sanitation
The zoo is sanitized regularly and we encourage social distancing. Hand sanitising stations are located throughout the zoo and hand washing facilities are available near our Lions and in the toilet blocks.
Picnics and BBQs
We provide free use of the zoo BBQs if you would prefer to cook your own meat. There is a shady picnic area outside as well as an undercover area with tables and chairs.
